Amanda Norton has been with Huggins Hospital since 2012 and currently serves as the Practice Manager for Wolfeboro Women's Health and Wolfeboro General Surgery. Prior to this role she served as the EMR Manager for the physician practices.  She holds a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management as well as an Associate of Science in Behavioral Sciences from Granite State College, and is currently pursuing her MBA through Southern New Hampshire University. Amanda is also a Medical Service Corps Officer in the Vermont Air National Guard.

Jill Stagner is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of marketing, communications and project management experience in the areas of healthcare and technology. Currently, she serves as the Director of Marketing and Network Development for VillageMD NH.  Prior to joining VillageMD NH she was the Director of Medical Staff Recruitment for the Elliot Health System.

 

Jill obtained her Master of Business Administration, and Advanced Masters Studies Certificate in Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University, and a Bachelor's Degree from Syracuse University. She is an active supporter of local charities and sports programs, and serves as a sponsor to tens involved in the American Cancer Society Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk.

Mary Sullivan has worked in healthcare for more than 20 years. She began her career as a pharmacy technician that led to the position of central supply manager for a leading healthcare organization in the state. She then worked as an assistant manager in the customer service department at a prominent health insurance carrier before becoming the product development manager. While working for the health insurance carrier she served as a member of the Nashua Chamber of Commerce Advocacy Board, created the Associate Morale Committee and helped form the Pine Island Toastmasters Club. She has been the Practice Manager for Nashua Dermatology Associates for more than eight years, and recently acquired Foundation Skin Surgery and Dermatology. These two co-located practices have seven providers and twenty-one support staff and offer a wide variety of dermatologic services including skin cancer screenings, surgical services, and cosmetics. Ms. Sullivan received her Associates Degree from Hesser College and is currently working on her Bachelors Degree from Southern New Hampshire University. She grew up in Nashua where she currently works, but now resides in Hudson, NH.

Mr. Loring has served as the Executive Director of the First Choice PHO in Nashua, New Hampshire for the past seventeen years.  The First Choice PHO represents over 170 physicians who participate in the PHO as clinical integration members in addition to St.  Joseph Hospital.  His past positions included serving as the VP of Managed Care for HCA Parkland Medical Center, Executive Director of the Parkland Health Alliance, Business Manager for the Department of Rehabilitation Services at the Elliot Hospital, Unit Manager for the Department of Clinical Administration at Massachusetts General Hospital and Unit Manager at McLean Hospital in Belmont, Massachusetts.

Mr. Loring is a Fellow in the American College of Health Care Executives.  He obtained his Master’s degree in Management from Lesley University and undergraduate degree from Boston University.  He is a Board member of the Northern New England Chapter of American Healthcare College of Healthcare Executives, Serves an Advocacy member for both the NH Hospital Association and Greater Nashua Chamber of Commerce and is one of the founding trustees of the Alexander Eastman Foundation in Derry, New Hampshire.

He has dual US and Irish citizenship.  He is married with three children and five grandchildren.  He and his wife Angela reside in Chester, New Hampshire.

Bonnie has an extensive background in the medical field and has worked at Foundation Medical Partners since February 1996. During her time at Foundation Medical Partners, she has managed multiple practices including Behavioral Health, Physiatry, Endocrinology, Family Practice and a workplace Health & Resource Center. Bonnie opened the first Allergy & Immunology practice for Foundation Medical Partners at the same time she was managing three other practices. With her vast knowledge and experience, Bonnie has helped mentor new practice managers into the organization. She was a committee leader for the Patient Centered Medical Home project - which received the highest honors by NCQA - and helped create and roll out training for the new financial and scheduling system used throughout the organization and was on the Core Team for our computer conversion in 2014.

Prior to joining Foundation Medical Partners Bonnie worked in private medical practices which included Behavioral Health, Family Practice, and Dermatology.

Bonnie is a member of both NHMGMA and MGMA.  She holds an Associate Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Healthcare Management from Southern New Hampshire University. She received her CMPE certification in August 2014.

Bonnie and her husband live in Brookline, NH where they have raised two children, and are the very busy and proud grandparents of five.

 David Hutton has an extensive career in healthcare management that includes consulting, medical school/academic health center planning, hospital management and group practice management. He received his MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, and has a BA in Biology from Boston University. Most recently he has managed group practices that specialize in urgent care, plastics surgery, orthopedics and gastroenterology. He currently is Practice Administrator for Atlantic Digestive Specialists, a nine physician practice with three offices on the Seacoast. He has been involved with New Hampshire Medical Group Management Association as Vice President for one year, and Legislative Liaison for the last six years. He also represents our Association on the Board of the New Hampshire Medical Society, and has been very active with the Program Committee and finding speakers for our monthly programs. He lives in Bedford with his wife, Faith, one of his two grown sons, several fish and snakes, and a cockatiel who has become a member of the family.
